Disc Type NRV

A Disc Check Valve (often called a "Wafer Disc Check Valve" or "Lift Check Valve") is a high-performance non-return valve designed with a spring-loaded disc that moves axially (back and forth) to control flow.
Unlike the "Swing Check Valve" which relies on gravity and can only be installed horizontally, the Disc Check Valve uses a spring to close the valve the moment flow stops. This makes it perfect for vertical pipelines and systems with frequent pressure changes. Its rapid closing action significantly reduces "Water Hammer" (damaging pressure surges) and protects pumps from reverse flow damage.
